Thank You for Your Booking Request

Thank you for completing our booking form. Your request has been received successfully.

Please note that submitting a booking form does not guarantee a place on your chosen camp or clinic. Places will be allocated once we have received enough bookings to allow us to group swimmers according to age and ability.

What Happens Next?

To provide the best possible coaching experience, we carefully group swimmers into classes of similar ability. As a result, we are unable to confirm session times immediately.

If your booking is more than 7 days before the start of the camp, we will contact you 7 days before the first day of your booking.

If your booking is made within 7 days of the camp start date, we will respond within 24 hours.

Booking Confirmation & Payment

Once we have allocated swimmers to groups, we will send a Booking Confirmation Email containing:
 

        • Confirmation of your place(s)

        • Session dates and times

        • Total cost

        • Payment instructions
 

Please do not make a payment until you receive your Booking Confirmation Email. Payment requests will only be sent once we have confirmed that a space is available.
